When using elevators, customers need to pay attention to elevator projects that are put into operation after the warranty period has expired. To stabilize the performance of the elevator and ensure safety, the elevator must be maintained regularly and no more than once every 2 months. Depending on your needs, you can choose from the following types of maintenance and repair contracts provided by Asia Elevator Company:
1. General maintenance contract:
When signing the contract, Asia Elevator Company will provide you with a monthly maintenance service, along with a 24/7 elevator repair service in case of sudden damage.
2. Partial maintenance contract:
Similar to the general maintenance contract, when signing this contract, you will receive a monthly maintenance service and a 24/7 emergency elevator repair service.
In addition, customers only have to pay for materials and components that are about to be damaged according to a pre-listed list of materials (based on the agreement between the two parties).
3. Full maintenance contract:
Similar to the two contracts above, signing a full maintenance contract will provide customers with a monthly maintenance service and a 24/7 emergency elevator repair service.
In addition, customers will not have to pay any additional costs when there are damaged components that need to be replaced.
* In addition, we provide 2 forms of elevator maintenance as follows:
1. Regular maintenance:
We are responsible for directly maintaining the elevator according to the maintenance regime. The replacement of equipment and materials (if any) will be carried out in 2 ways as follows:
– With the cost of materials not exceeding 100,000 VND (excluding lighting costs), we will replace them for customers free of charge.
– With material costs over 100,000 VND, we are responsible for notifying the customer of the damage and providing a detailed quote for the equipment and materials. We will immediately repair and replace them for the customer after receiving the customer’s consent.
2. Comprehensive maintenance:
We are responsible for checking and ensuring that the elevator operates continuously without affecting the customer’s operation and business, and do not charge customers when replacing spare parts, including high-value equipment (except in cases where customers damage the elevator due to improper use, which is considered a personal fault)
We will conduct a general inspection once a month. Each time we maintain, we will maintain the following items:
– Check and clean the brake pads, brake drums and brake forks. Check and adjust the floor selector and floor switch.
– Check for level deviation, acceleration, deceleration, jerking and adjust or replace necessary parts to ensure comfort of use.
– Check all bearings, gearbox oil level, oil seals, gaskets, engine, gearbox when temperature increases abnormally and replace if necessary.
– Check the control cabinet wiring terminals.– Lubricate governor tension pulleys, adjust as necessary to ensure smooth elevator operation.
– Check backup power unit and refill water tank.
– Clean elevator pit, switches, parts and accessories installed in elevator pit.
After the free warranty period, Asia Elevator Company will discuss with customers to sign a maintenance contract for the elevator system provided and installed by the company.
